    This is an amazing family orientated GYM, the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

    This is a small local gym. The owner is a top guy and is very knowledgeable. I've lost 5% of actual body fat since training under him.

    The facility is always clean and tidy, and it has such a happy and bubbly atmosphere and environment.

    Dirty gym it is filthy another gym in town is any time fitnes it is lovely and clean and all new equipment
